• Hotel Substitutions: If a listed hotel is unavailable, a similar standard 3★–4★ property will be provided without compromising comfort or convenience.
• Train Tickets: Train seats from Nanu Oya to Ella are subject to availability. In case seats are unavailable, alternative private transport will be provided at no extra cost.
• Dress Code: Dress modestly, especially when visiting religious sites. Ensure your clothing covers your shoulders and knees.
